English Translation:

My son’s friend, whom we affectionately call Dany, is a very charismatic person who is always laughing and eager to help. And guess what? He accepted my son just as he is, condition and all; he didn't ask questions, he simply hugged him and helped him cope with the isolation of therapy by singing to him like Shakira—an artist my son admires. He would soothe him to sleep at night—since Dany works the night shift—and truly comfort his soul. During moments of uncertainty, Dany took the time to sit with me and explain the procedures in language I could understand.

Dany is empathetic toward both the patient and the family; I remember him telling me, "Go to sleep, don't worry, I'm here." You know, that kind of care is deeply appreciated in the heart and soul. Thank you, Dany, for your love, your empathy, and your big heart.

Dany would stay with my son until he managed to fall asleep, treating him like a human being rather than just a bed number. He is empathetic and anticipates our needs. He is a relief nurse, and I find myself thinking: if he is this dedicated and committed to his patients now, imagine how he will pour himself into caring for them with diligence and devotion once he has a permanent position. I am so grateful to the ICU at Sanatorio Español; I felt truly supported and loved by every single person there. May God bless their paths. I am still here with my sick son, but we are surrounded by support and love.

STORY 2:

Dany worked alongside the nurse on duty, and they were the only ones who took action for my mom. Even without specific instructions from the doctor, they acted with great expertise, foresight, and humility. I am infinitely grateful that Dany was always willing to help his colleague throughout the night we were there. Dany was constantly there, helping.

Thank you, Gerardo Daniel, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
