Georgina was nominated by a patient who said the following:

"Having been a patient under Georgina's care for the last two weeks, she has gone above and beyond to ensure I get the right care. She is quiet and goes about her work with kindness and care, exhibiting an excellent bedside manner. She takes time to explain things and is warm and professional at all times."

Another prime example of her exceptional care was put to the test today, as there was a lady in her care who became very poorly, a MET call was put out, shortly followed by a cardiac arrest call. She remained calm and collected and gave amazing care to the patient and her colleagues. She even ensured the rest of the team was ok after the event.

She is prompt with her medications and analgesia and through when doing so to ensure she is safe and correct. She is an asset to Leigh Ward and indeed to SASH.
