My son and I have been receiving allergy injections over the last year and a half. Genesis has been there from the start. We see her face nearly every week, and hers is the face of a compassionate and kind nurse. This has been a process we didn't anticipate in our lives, but people like Genesis help it make sense. She is so pleasant and joyful. She provides excellent feedback and answers all our questions.

At 42, I've experienced many uncomfortable or unideal situations. Some of those seem so much "bigger" than allergy injections, but after every injection, when I'm whiney and itchy and acting much younger than 42, Genesis rubs hydrocortisone cream on my sites with a smile and then sends me off until next time. That small kindness and form of care is immeasurable to a person in this kind of discomfort. Genesis truly has the heart and service of an amazing nurse.

I have worked in healthcare as a nurse for my entire professional career. We know quality care when we see it, or our children do. Kudos to this team member making a true difference in a clinic and environment no one desires to be a part of.
