His kindness and patience made a difficult and emotional situation so much easier for our family.
My mother was admitted to the hospital. She was extremely apprehensive and nervous. Frank's care has far outshone any other nurse she has had since her first day of admission. He was kind and compassionate, and he checked on her frequently. Yesterday, he was not on her assignment, but he still took the time to pop in to see how she was doing and make sure she was comfortable and not in any pain. Not a single alarm went off for more than a minute or two while he was assigned to her. From one nurse to another, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reminding us all that patient care goes far beyond medications and starts with patient comfort, hope, and care.

My mom has not been to a hospital or even a doctor in over 30 years. She has always been extremely uncomfortable with medical environments, so when she was recently admitted due to issues with her arteries, she was understandably anxious and overwhelmed. From the moment Frank began caring for her, he made her feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. He took his time to talk with her, explain what was happening, and make sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Even while balancing the needs of other patients, he always found time to check in on her and make sure she was okay. His kindness and patience made a difficult and emotional situation so much easier for our family. Frank is the type of nurse who goes above and beyond, not because he has to, but because it’s who he is. I left the hospital thinking that if I am ever in need of care, having a nurse like Frank would make all the difference in the world.
