Florinda Nani, BSN

I was admitted to unit 4600 because I thought I was having a stroke, but it was a meningioma. The nurse I am nominating, I know as a coworker; she used to work on the unit next to mine. I also got to know her as a nurse from my time as a patient.

Florinda was very professional and showed me so much kindness during one of the scariest times of my life. She always made sure I had what I needed and advocated for me when trying to get things ordered from the doctors. She made sure I was well cared for and offered emotional support when I had no family or friends present.

I really appreciate her and believe she deserves recognition for her phenomenal care.
