1) Felicia is very responsive, caring, and clinically competent. She takes time when it's needed and has always demonstrated person-centered attentiveness. She demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to do whatever is needed. Thank you, Felicia!
2) Felicia went above and beyond to take care of me with compassion and understanding. She is the true meaning of a selfless individual who is compassionate towards her patients. I really enjoyed having Felicia as my nurse and caretaker during my overnight stay at NMC hospital surgical unit after my ankle surgery. Newton Medical has an amazing nurse working for their company.
Thank you, Felicia, for everything, and for taking care of me with the utmost compassion and understanding everything I was going through, and for the smiles and the laughs. I felt confident knowing that you were there to take care of me. Fun fact: after I was released from the hospital, I was being pushed out in the wheelchair as we came up to the nurses' station. I was finally able to wave and say "Bye Felicia," and we all giggled. Thank you again, Felicia, for everything!
3) Felicia was caring and compassionate, took the time to listen to what the surgeon had to say, and talked to me (the patient's mother) afterwards. She went above and beyond to make my child’s stay as comfortable as possible and was quick and attentive when my child was in pain and needed quick action from the doctor team. From printing coloring pages to extra check-ins, she was the most compassionate nurse we had during our time there.
4) Felicia was so sweet and understanding. I had many questions after my surgery, which she so patiently answered. Then she’d come back to check on me, and I’d have more questions. She never seemed rushed or annoyed, which I appreciated. I’d like to thank her for her patience and kindness.
