Fedaa is an amazing nurse whose beautiful smile puts me at ease. I want to nominate her because she treated my daughter with dignity. My daughter has special needs, is non-verbal, and faces various challenges. Fedaa spoke to her and sought her approval for each treatment, never ignoring her. She made her feel like a normal human being, which is exactly what I want from anyone who cares for my child.

As soon as she arrived, she introduced herself and told me she was the night shift nurse responsible for my daughter’s care. That meant so much to me as a mother of a child with special needs. It reassured me that my daughter was seen and deserved to be treated like any other child.

She administered her transfusion during the night, made frequent visits, and showed empathy and love as if she were her own child. I felt her genuine compassion, and her presence put me at ease as if she were an old friend.

She was incredibly humble, answered all my concerns with professionalism, and demonstrated extraordinary care and kindness. She also appeared to be well-respected by her colleagues.
