My grandmother was a patient on the Medical Surgical Unit where Fe was her nurse. She was very kind and compassionate and listened to every concern my grandmother and family had. Fe went out of her way to make sure my grandmother was comfortable, and so was her family. She was very calm and attentive and took time to explain why some of her medications had changed while she was in the hospital. Fe even brought in an extra chair so that all my grandmother's family had enough room to sit and be with her. Fe made a very friendly and compassionate impression on my grandmother and my family, and we were very pleased that she was our grandmother's nurse. We felt good knowing that Fe was on my grandmother's care team.
