Fawn has a positive, community-minded spirit. She has been an immense help to faculty in the implementation of the Exxat tracking system. She is always the first to navigate Exxat for new assignments. She has given feedback and demonstrated great patience. She values excellence in what she does and values helping us as a program to provide excellent education. She expresses positivity and gratitude in all she does. She reaches out regularly to faculty to discuss not only her own progress but also Exxat challenges. She is a model to her peers as we navigate program changes. Her Practicum preceptor raved about her clinical skills and how Fawn makes her only want to take WilmU students. Her preceptor says Fawn is a wonderful student who is a true example of excellence in practice as a student. Fawn dreams of becoming more active in her involvement with the psychiatric nursing profession as she approaches graduation next semester. I believe she hopes to combine her nursing knowledge and engage in more community service. Fawn is a dedicated student who always maintains a positive attitude.
