Fatmeh was very kind/compassionate with her care. Her presence was calm and hardworking at the same time. Giving the feeling of reduced stress at the most anxious time (Pre-OP). She also made a very clear attempt to relate to the things that my Dad and I value most (family). I am an RN of 17 years at Sutter and work with people in the Pre-OP on a daily basis and can tell you she is exactly what a hospital is looking for when hiring employees.
