That humanitarian gesture left a profound impact on me.
I went to the UHS for my routine check-up. After finishing my visit with the doctor, I left the clinic feeling slightly dizzy and unsteady. As I was walking down the corridor, Nurse Fatima noticed me. She quickly approached me, seeing that I was not alright, and gently asked, "Are you okay? Do you feel anything?" I told her that I was feeling dizzy and unable to stand or walk normally.

Immediately, she took my hand and helped me sit on the nearest chair, then hurried to prepare a glass of water for me. After I drank the water, she checked my blood pressure to make sure I was fine and found it normal. She then calmed me and asked me to take deep breaths, inhaling slowly and exhaling gently, until I regained my balance, and she then informed the physician.

Over time, I began to feel more comfortable and stable. That humanitarian gesture left a profound impact on me. I felt that I was in compassionate hands, not merely performing their duty as a job, but carrying out a humanitarian mission coming from a sincere heart. I felt comfort, joy, and happiness.
