Hoy quiero destacar a mi enfermera guía durante mi internado intrahospitalario pediátrico en la unidad de lactantes. Con más de 15 años de trayectoria en este hospital, esta enfermera destaca porque ha demostrado una pasión excepcional por la enseñanza, convirtiendo cada día en una experiencia enriquecedora, humana y transformadora. Ha sabido transmitir mucho más que conocimientos técnicos: ha inculcado valores, fomentado la empatía y cultivado la responsabilidad ética que caracteriza a la verdadera enfermería. 

Gracias a su liderazgo paciente, su capacidad para escuchar y orientar, y su inquebrantable compromiso con la excelencia, ha sido apoyo y soporte para estudiantes, colegas y pacientes por igual. En cada lección, en cada consejo, en cada momento compartido con quienes han tenido el privilegio de aprender a su lado, ha sembrado semillas de inspiración, profesionalismo y humanidad. 

Su impacto como docente se ve reflejado en el hospital, el centro de salud y la comunidad donde hoy ejercen aquellos a quienes formó con entrega y cariño. Porque enseñar a cuidar es también una forma de sanar el mundo, y usted, ha sido una maestra en ambas tareas. 

Creo que una de las cosas que más destaco de usted es la atención compasiva a cada uno de sus pacientitos y familias, junto con la habilidad clínica que posee. Me voy de esta práctica infinitamente agradecida de que usted haya sido mi enfermera guía, es una práctica que me llevo en el corazón y que definitivamente dejó un sello en mí, aspiro a ser una enfermera como usted el día de mañana, gracias por enseñarme, acompañarme y estar conmigo en cada paso del camino.

I believe that one of the things I admire most about you is the compassionate care you extend to each of your young patients and their families, alongside the clinical expertise you possess.
