1. Evelyn constantly goes above and beyond in her role as a leader. She is always available to bedside nurses and takes her time to actually listen to any concerns or issues they may have. There have even been times, although she is very busy, she took time to come to the floor to help bedside nurses start IVs on very difficult patients. This exemplifies what a nurse leader should be. I know that I am not alone in thinking this. She is what we all strive to be!
