My boyfriend, M, has been a patient here for a year. Nurse Samson is very kind, compassionate, and always willing to help. She always had M smiling and laughing. If I ask for help with M, she is always willing to help me. She has a big heart and is really kind to me also. Being kind to family of patients is a must and she always is. Ms. Samson definitely deserves this DAISY Award. She goes above and beyond with what she has to do. She is someone special, and Rutland is very lucky to have her on staff. Being a patient here for so long is tough, but Ms. Samson makes it better for M and myself when I am here with him.
