Esrael truly went above and beyond and made a significant difference in our mother's hospital experience. From the moment he entered the room, he greeted us with a kind and sincere smile that instantly put our mother at ease—she would become visibly happier just by seeing him walk in. This connection built a strong trusting relationship with our whole family.

Esrael's care was both professional and incredibly detailed. He checked on our mother's condition numerous times a day, always ensuring she was comfortable. Our mother is unable to speak, but Esrael demonstrated exceptional skill in observing her to understand her needs and feelings, and responded with deep compassion and kindness. He also listened patiently and attentively to our family's concerns.

We were particularly grateful for the proactive steps he took:
    •    He helped manage our mother's persistently high blood sugar by successfully advocating for a change to diabetic tube feeding.
    •    When we noted that our mother had not had a bowel movement in three days and her urine output was low, he promptly used the ultrasound machine to check her bladder and abdomen.

Additionally, he showed incredible empathy by personally helping to bathe and change her clothes, treating her with the utmost dignity.
