I would like to nominate Erin for a DAISY Award in recognition of the exceptional care and compassion she provided to me during labor. Throughout what became a chaotic and emotionally intense experience, Erin remained incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring. She went above and beyond to keep me informed, clearly explaining what was happening with my body and what I could expect at each stage of the process, which brought me immense comfort and confidence.

I also had the privilege of witnessing firsthand what an outstanding teacher and preceptor Erin is. She worked alongside a wonderful nursing student and provided detailed guidance, encouragement, and support, all while allowing her student to grow and thrive under her supervision. As a nurse myself, I can confidently say that I could not recommend a better preceptor than Erin. It was abundantly clear how deeply passionate Erin is about caring for women and advocating for her patients. Augusta Health is truly fortunate to have her as part of its nursing team.
