I came into the hospital after my father had a fall and sustained a concussion. Erin went above and beyond in caring for my father and my mother, who was terrified. The empathy and compassion she showed was what my father and mother needed. I needed to know that a nurse like Erin was taking care of my father because I care deeply about him, and it put my mind at ease. Thank you, Erin. Not only for me, but because I am sure that you treat everyone this way, and the world would be a better place due to nurses like you, with your bedside manner.

I hope you know that this means the world to me and that you are leaving a positive impact on the world! You are a superstar. I pray that you get this award because of the work and positive, compassionate, and empathetic way you display while doing your job. Thanks for being the angel nurse my dad needed.
