R and Erin have saved so many people's lives!
R and Erin were an amazing team! My baby was a mess when they got there, and oxygen was not coming up. They were getting pressure from the ER department to leave with the baby on CPAP at the highest setting, flashing that she was not getting enough oxygen. They called their resources and told the department it was not safe to transport by ambulance or even yet, although they were getting pressure. They worked on my baby for hours and made sure she was stable and told the ER she would be lifelighted, but couldn’t make it in the ambulance despite pressure from the ER. Very kind and explained things very well.

When off lifelight while walking into the ER to go up to the PICU, there were problems with oxygen. They ran her into the hospital to the first ER room and were yelling for more oxygen. They made sure she was good before getting her upstairs. They stayed for a good hour, filling everyone in and working on my baby to make sure she was ok. R and Erin literally saved my baby's life. From the bottom of my heart, I couldn’t be more grateful for these two! They were an amazing team and worked so well together! Thank you so much for making a huge difference and keeping our kid alive!

My child is alive because they knew better than rushing her out, even when the ER department wanted that. They made sure she was stable and knew Lifelight was how she needed to go. They cared about our baby and us and worked on her for hours to save her life. Our baby is alive because of these two! R and Erin have saved so many people's lives! They are so kind and caring, and stayed calm and knew exactly what to do. Please tell them thank you for their service. We are so grateful for them and their kindness!
