Erica Soadjede, RN, BSN

Erica Soadjede is compassionate by nature. She supported me multiple times during my 2-week stay during a crisis. She spent extra time with me to talk and share experiences and ways to cope with the loss of my mother.

Every shift, she spent time proactively finding ways to make my stay better. She always went above and beyond to take care of me and the rest of the patients. On many occasions, she worked with the doctor staff to make adjustments to medications very promptly.

Several days of my stay, I was in a mental crisis and was not able to be near other people. Erica broke through that barrier and gave me a person to talk to -- this was a turning point in my recovery -- thank you.

She was always considerate of me (and my family) to make sure I was aware and had a voice in my medical care. Every day, she proactively talked with me about what the doctor's plans were. I always knew my status and her care.

She is thorough and always relayed my needs to the doctor's staff. Erica ensured my medication was correct and offered to take my care requests to the staff or provided options for me to.

Erica is a literal lifesaver.
