She has demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion, and professionalism in caring for my 86-year-old mother, who was admitted with severe breathing issues due to extremely damaged lungs from smoking and moderate acute dementia. From the moment my mother was assigned to her care, Erica treated her with dignity, love, and unwavering support. Not only did she provide exceptional medical care, but she also served as a counselor to both my mother and me during this challenging time. She consistently went the extra mile, not only by fulfilling her duties but also by adding personal touches. That made the difference.

She ensured my mother was always comfortable. Understanding my mother's need to feel special, she even brought in special clothes and a blow dryer - going above and beyond to make her feel valued. These thoughtful gestures, coupled with her tireless efforts in tending to other patients, showcase her tremendous commitment to providing outstanding care. Her loyalty and dedication to her profession are truly inspiring - She takes charge in every situation and exceeds expectations in every way possible.
