I was scheduled for a procedure, and upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the nurse manager and her team at the reception. Their smiles and welcoming attitude immediately made me feel comfortable.

A staff nurse assisted me and reassured me not to be afraid, encouraging me to relax while waiting for my turn. After the procedure, the staff asked whether my companion was waiting outside. When they learned that my companion had not yet arrived, the nurse manager kindly invited me to rest in their lounge, offering refreshments and making sure I was comfortable. She frequently checked on me to see how I was feeling.

Once my companion arrived, the staff nurse escorted me with care, wheeling me to the lobby and assisting me until I safely entered the car.

The nursing team is truly exceptional, not just an ordinary team. From the moment I arrived until the end of my visit, they demonstrated outstanding teamwork, compassion, and professionalism. Their efforts lifted my spirits and made my hospital experience comforting and positive. I was deeply touched by their kindness and dedication.

I came in sick and anxious, but I left with gratitude and a heart full of appreciation for their exceptional care. I consider myself truly fortunate to have been one of their patients.
