Our mother was admitted to the hospital after a rough overnight experience in the ER. She had a bad fall in July and still has tremendous pain in her arm and cannot use it; now we are finding that she also needs surgery for her colon.

Our mother has been through a lot, and it has been very stressful. Emma has given her excellent care! She is prompt, upbeat, and cheerful, helping all of us through this. She anticipates my mother's needs, responds quickly, handles her gently, and makes her laugh.

Additionally, she follows up quickly with doctors, communicating quickly with them and getting us explanations and next steps. We were told a specific medication needed to be stopped, and we were shocked.

Emma understood our concern and took accountability to get us the needed answers promptly. This was greatly appreciated! My mother has loved having her as her nurse! We couldn't ask for anyone better. Exceptional!
