I want to thank you for hiring such a fantastic nurse as Emma Clark. In my 65 years, Emma has to be one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. The way she talks to me, takes care of me, handles my IVs and meds, making sure I am feeling well. She notifies me about my medication, what she has to do to me, and relaxes me with the compassion she has - and believe me, she has a lot!

It is so nice seeing her getting along well with their co-workers and all the visitors. There is always a beautiful smile on her face, and when she is done speaking, the other person ends up with a smile on their face. You can tell Emma was made to become a nurse because she truly loves it. There is no doubt that UH is very lucky to have Emma as a part of their team. 

She was always checking on us patients to make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything to make sure we were properly taken care of. I want to thank you for Emma, because as I said, she is the most compassionate nurse I have ever had. Emma needs to know how much she means to her patients and family members.
