She guided me, reassured me, held my hand, and helped me update my husband through the delivery.
I was admitted to the hospital with heavy bleeding, only 28 weeks pregnant with twins. I was terrified but comforted by her being there, and so patient and calming. When I found out I would have to remain in the hospital until they were born and would be away from my daughter at home, I was a mess, and again, she was by my side to comfort and support me. Fast forward 5 weeks, when I went into labor and was ready to deliver, my husband couldn't make it in time to the hospital. I was so relieved when she was the nurse on that shift. She guided me, reassured me, held my hand, and helped me update my husband through the delivery. She was truly the best support I could ever have, especially without my husband being there. I don't know what I would have done without her. My twins are now almost one, and I still think of her often. She was truly an angel, and I'm forever grateful.
