I came into the KRMC Maternity Center in very heavy, active labor with my first baby. Emily became our nurse in the middle of the process and immediately jumped into action. Being a first-time mom, I was extremely anxious about the entire process, but Emily eased every ounce of worry I had. She was patient, understanding, and most importantly, attentive to every detail. She immediately noticed changes in the monitor and was quick to check if it was time to push. Emily coached me through the entire delivery process and was so unbelievably comforting and reassuring, even offering little tips and tricks to help ensure my delivery went as smoothly as possible. Emily is so knowledgeable in her field, and I feel so blessed to have had her as my nurse on the best day of my life. She even guessed my baby’s exact weight, just one ounce shy! There are simply not enough words, and I truly cannot give her enough credit!
