On my second day in the ICU with my mother, I had the privilege of seeing Nurse Iman in action — one of the kindest and most compassionate people I've ever come across. She didn’t just take care of my mom medically; she cared for her like her own mother — with warmth, patience, and a constant reassuring smile. She also took the time to comfort me, support me emotionally, and explain everything clearly, which meant the world to me in such a stressful time. Her presence was a true blessing.
