I would like to nominate Sister Elsi Jacob from the maternity unit. Sister Elsi was a true blessing during my wife’s delivery experience. She was admitted to the hospital at 1 AM, and from that moment, Sister Elsi took care of my wife with remarkable patience and dedication.

She demonstrated outstanding professionalism, compassion, and dedication. She communicated clearly at every stage, patiently explaining procedures and ensuring we were well-informed and comfortable. Her supportive approach and kindness made us feel valued and safe.

During labor, her empathy and continuous support were remarkable. She consistently reassured us, helping my wife stay calm and in control. Sister Elsi showed exceptional alertness and commitment, always responding promptly to our needs despite a busy environment. Her caring attitude, positive energy, and gentle manner made a significant difference in our experience.

What truly sets her apart is her genuine love for patient care and her ability to treat each patient with dignity, respect, and compassion. She went above and beyond to ensure both physical and emotional comfort, reflecting excellence in nursing practice.
