We were camping when my wife's onset of very serious symptoms set in. Chest pains, jaw pain, migraine headaches, and confusion. You can imagine our stress level. We, and our entire family, were very concerned and in a very stressed mode. Nurse Else was a God-send. She was calm, professional, informative, and caring. It was almost like having a family member care for my wife. Hospitals are nerve-wracking for most, but Nurse Else put us at ease, and we enjoyed her care. We highly recommend that you retain and promote this nurse for the betterment of your hospital. Thanks for the excellent service!

After a very stressful few days that led up to being medivaced from Ketchikan to ARH in Anchorage, being met and cared for by a fantastic team of doctors, nurses, and aides was very calming to me. Else, one particular nurse, was friendly and so accommodating. She put me at ease and explained procedures carefully. She is friendly and professional, and she is a great nurse. She shows concern with compassion, and I felt she was genuinely interested in my situation and approached me with warmth.

She was extremely kind and helpful. She was treating my husband, and he asked me to fill this out for him. She left an impression of kindness and joy with her kindness and care.

I was admitted for a cyst around my pancreas. At first, I was very nervous, and there were many routes of attack to remove the infection. Else helped calm down by always checking on me. She also made it very clear to call her for anything. Such as ice, water, or even pain medication. She always brought what I needed quickly and would offer blankets and jokes to make me feel more at ease. Her kindness and attention to my care always made me feel very cared for. She is a great nurse, and if I come back, I hope I get Else.
