Elizabeth showed exceptional care, compassion, and dedication to my baby, R, during his 70-day stay in the NICU. R's time in the NICU was a challenging and emotional journey for our family. He missed his first Thanksgiving and Christmas at home, which was a heartbreaking experience for us. However, Elizabeth went above and beyond to make that time a little brighter. She created beautiful arts and crafts for us, which allowed us to feel connected to our baby during a time when we couldn’t be with him at home. These thoughtful gestures made such a difference and provided some much-needed comfort.

Throughout R's time in the NICU, Elizabeth’s level of care and attention was outstanding. She was more than just a nurse; she became an emotional support for our family, offering encouragement and always ensuring that R was well taken care of.
