I was prescribed several medications, and I was confused about what they were for or how to use them. When I came into the clinic, she took the time to go over every single medication with me. Instead of just telling me to read the bottles, they explained what each one was for and answered any other questions I had about them. Because of her, I was able to manage my medications on my own and understand how she was helping me. Her patience and willingness to educate me made a huge difference in my care. During this time period, she has provided exceptional care and expertise as a crucial link between patients and 4 other Military Treatment Facilities in Europe, totaling 65 virtual health encounters and 150 site visit encounters.

She is my partner in the Navy Hospital of our small hospital in Sicily; she is one of the hardest, kindest, and patient people I have had the pleasure to work with. She exemplifies what it means to be a nurse through her passion she shows every day to all patients she has encountered. Recently, she helped create a vital referral for a pediatric patient due to the urgent need from the provider, and the parents of the patient were beyond grateful.
