Elisa went above and beyond to help manage my care. I was being seen at the Westminster clinic two times a week for a few months for IV saline infusions to manage my symptoms. All of the nurses there were wonderful, but Elisa really stepped in to help me find a primary care physician who was familiar with my conditions.

I am so grateful she got me in contact with the doctor, who is amazing. Elisa's main role is to manage the nurses, not the patients. She had zero obligation to help, but she did. I was unable to go to the clinic because I cannot drive and no longer have a ride to my appointments. Elisa helped me get set up with a home health company after getting approved for long-term care, and after I was treated horribly by a care manager. 

It seemed like she was the only one who was willing to get to the bottom of who to go to and how to manage my ongoing care. She did everything she could possibly do to make my life a little easier. Elisa is the most compassionate, competent, empathetic, patient, and understanding nurse I have ever encountered. She is exactly what every healthcare center needs and what every patient hopes they encounter. Words really don't come close to explaining how awesome she is.
