Our Family is honored to nominate Nurse Elena for the Daisy Award. From the moment she began caring for our 93-year-old mother in the ICU, Elena showed exceptional professionalism, skill, knowledge, kindness, and compassion. She always spoke to her with warmth and gentleness and cared for our mom with dignity and respect. One of the moments that touched us most was seeing Elena hold our mom's hand and reassure her with genuine kindness. A simple act of compassion brought comfort not only to our mom, but to our entire family during a very difficult time. Elena's outstanding nursing care, combined with her caring heart, makes her truly deserving of this recognition. We will always be grateful for the difference she has made in our mom's life.
