I have wanted to nominate Eileen for a long time. She has grown into an incredible leader and consistently comes to work with a positive, infectious attitude that lifts everyone around her. She has an amazing ability to put people in a good mood and truly is the heart and soul of BHS.

Eileen seamlessly multitasks while supporting both staff and patients. She follows up diligently, juggles multiple priorities at once, and never loses sight of what matters most: people. She has a special way of empowering staff while also being honest, direct, and clear about what needs to be done. She excels at de-escalating difficult situations with patients and addressing issues before they escalate.
