I am beyond grateful for you. You have a unique way of communicating with patients and calming them. You're genuinely a compassionate RN. I appreciate all that you did for my Aunt. She came anxious about the procedure and left smiling. You made sure she heard what was being spoken to her, and you summarized the steps leading to the procedure and who she would be communicating with regarding consent and anesthesia. I passed by to ensure she understood what was being done, but I realized you did everything already! You went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for that.
