Edy Lopez, RN
I have been working with Edy since 2024, and from day one he has been kind, flexible, easygoing, and truly a pleasure to work with. The reason I want to nominate Edy for this award is not only because of my own experience working with him over the past two years, but also because the positive impact he has made has clearly been recognized by others.
Peer-to-peer recognition is one of the most meaningful ways we strengthen our culture and reinforce a sense of belonging. It reflects the day-to-day actions that don’t always show up in metrics—but define who we are: supporting one another, stepping in without being asked, and ensuring our colleagues feel seen, valued, and connected to the work we do.
