Edith was with us from the very moment we arrived. I am the granddaughter of the patient, and Edith was very patient and caring with my Nana. She was able to update me on my Nana's condition within 30 minutes. Even if it was a rough "ball park" estimate, it was all I wanted to know, and she delivered that and beyond. Not only did Edith provide updates, but she also did not sugarcoat things, and she was on point. If we needed help or more information, her responses were quick, and she continued to keep me updated if there were any delays. Edith was charming and funny.
