Yesterday I had to take mom to the ER.  Dylan was in the entryway as I called ahead.  She is always warm, welcoming, and reassuring.  The trauma you get seeing a loved one in distress is so emotionally draining, and somehow she has this ability to make you feel like it’s going to be ok.  She saved my mom’s life in 2023 by going above and beyond.  My mom had a headache and slightly elevated BP, and she ordered a CT just in case.  That’s the reason I’m able to be with my mom right now.  This is what hospitals need.  Nurses like her.

Dylan was absolutely wonderful to me while I was in the ER.  Dylan was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable enough to be able to talk about why I was there.  I usually downplay how much pain I’m in, and she made me feel safe enough to actually explain everything.  She was also very kind to other staff.  I don’t know if I would have been able to articulate what was wrong with me as well without her.

Dylan is amazing!  She always has a positive attitude, and her joy is obvious to everyone in everything she does.  She always jumps in to help, no matter what it is.  She is just, truly, an amazing person with a great attitude.  We are extremely fortunate to have her as an employee.  She is GREAT!!!
