I would like to recognize all the staff at JCL; everyone I've encountered has been very caring, which is why JCL is my hospital of choice. I especially want to mention Dustin, who has gone out of his way to make me feel special and at ease. He provides nursing care compassionately and meticulously but adds humor and good-natured jokes at the right moment.

As a retired nurse, I appreciate being able to connect with nurses like Dustin, as it decreases the anxieties of being in the hospital. Last night, my IV was getting uncomfortable, and he took the time to assess it. He found that it was one of the dressings that was pulling on my skin, and after redressing, it felt much better. But still, he took time to get additional pillows to lay my arm for extra comfort. It's those little things that go a long way.
