First, everyone has been wonderful from the start. I started my treatment after being discharged from the Hospital. Doug brought the supplies, and he was exceptional, patient, thorough, and even drew a diagram for me. Unfortunately, I was and am a little confused by my infection, so I was having trouble with the drip system; as a novice, it is a little overwhelming. Doug was called in as a teaching service the next day. He got there right away, explained everything, demonstrated, and stayed with me for 2 hours until everything was done. Doug gave me his phone number and told me to call him day or night with any problems. The next day, Doug texted me to see how I was and told me to call him when I started the infusions. Of course, being still sick and confused, I did. Doug stayed on the phone with me for the next hour until I finished my infusions. Doug went above and beyond. He is caring, professional, personal, and extremely knowledgeable. Doug is a credit to Soleo and to any employer. I have never been treated with such care and concern, and he helped me on his own time.
