Don did an exceptional job of caring for me. He has a positive cheerful attitude and is always smiling. I felt secure in Don's very knowledgeable care. My IV was started using an excellent sterile technique on the first attempt. I have breast cancer so one arm was not available for use. I get nervous when IV sticks and my veins hide. But Don easily started my IV and did not hurt me. He also gave an excellent hand of communication with other staff members. He listed to me and did a great assessment. Very professional, courteous, I felt so secure with him. Don is so wonderful.
