Dione has served CentraCare for 20+ years as a nurse! She is a mentor and leader in the clinic for newer staff. She is phenomenal with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. She is the most approachable, non-judgmental, caring, and compassionate nurse to our patients (and to our team).

We often joke (but it's so true!) that Dione is the smartest person in our clinic, including the physicians. She is such a resource to all of us to make our day work smoothly, efficiently, and positively for our team to deliver great care to our patients. Her breadth and depth of knowledge in healthcare in the Ambulatory setting are exemplary and such an asset to use at Plaza Allergy & Asthma.

Dione has made such a huge impact in the year that she's been with us, and for CentraCare as a whole over the last 2 decades. She is very deserving of this award!
