Dina is an amazing leader within our organization. She champions every IU Health value with integrity. I am nominating Dina because she champions trust. I sit on the Position Review Committee, and I know that when Dina submits for a replacement and/or net new position, she has created an SBAR that is complete and trust that she has done her due diligence in taking both the clinic operational needs and IUHMG needs into account equally. Nursing leadership is difficult in this space, but Dina has found a way to tie both business and nursing into one role successfully.
