Not only have I seen Dil go above and beyond for patients while working with him, but I was also able to experience it while my grandfather was his patient.

Dil made sure that at any point, he was there to answer questions, advocated for multiple tests to be done, and included my grandfather in his care. 

One thing that stuck with me, especially, was that he never passed anything off to others and did some jobs that most RNs would hand off to the techs. 

Dil is compassionate, heartfelt, and genuinely exudes what it means to go above and beyond for his patients and their care. 

I appreciate the effort and time he gave as my grandfather's RN, especially when he took the time to check in even when he wasn't on his run. Thanks, Dil!
