I'm a patient of New Orleans East Hospital where I have been seen in the ER inpatient and outpatient clinics. One nurse stands out above the rest because she has always gone out of her way to make sure I am straight and comfortable.

Ms. Dianne Robinson has prayed with me, sat down, and talked to me when I really felt at my lowest. She has made me feel as if I had a true friend here at New Orleans East Hospital. It's to the point that every time I'm here as a patient , I have to ask for Ms. Diane. While in the inpatient unit, I have never had anyone treat me as well as she has. When Ms. Diane is on duty, I always know that I am going to be okay and taken care of. I feel everybody or every hospital needs a Diane. As a person with a lot of medical issues, I thank the Lord for Ms. Diane in New Orleans East Hospital.

Thank you, Ms. Diane, for all your knowledge and understanding. Also, for your caring heart. You are truly an extraordinary nurse and human. God bless you.
