Diana is my father's and son's nurse, is truly an exceptional caregiver. Her expertise, kindness and dedication have left an indelible mark on my family. She has been a steadfast advocate for their health and well-being in moments of great distress. 

When my father experienced a heart attack, Diana demonstrated remarkable skill and courage. After noticing my father was still experiencing discomfort, Diana suggested a different treatment as part of her role on his care team. Her proactive approach and advocacy ensured that my father received the care he needed promptly, showcasing her deep understanding of patient care and her ability to speak up when it mattered most.  

Later, Diana's compassion shone again during a medical emergency involving my son. His heart went into supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), racing at an alarming 220 beats per minute. Throughout our stay in the ER, Diana not only kept my son calm during the stressful process of cardioversion, but she also provided reassurance to me. She explained every step of the procedure to my son in a way he could understand, empowering him in a frightening situation. Her calm demeanor and genuine compassion transformed an overwhelming experience into one that felt manageable and safe.
