Diana was amazingly kind and gentle when caring for me after total knee replacement surgery. She made me feel like a close friend, not just a patient she’d never see again. She had just the gentlest mannerisms and bedside attitude, and even handled it well when another nurse belittled her in front of me.

She had more mental fortitude than anyone else I’d met there. I really appreciated how she took care of me! 

When I was unable to get out of bed to use the bathroom, she didn’t make me feel bad, just did what was needed to assist me and help me to “go” without making me feel ashamed. When she changed my leg squeezers, she did so with gentle hands and no jerky movements or flopping of my surgical leg. No pain. And I appreciated that so much!
