Students consistently use words such as caring, motivating, responsive, patient, understanding, supportive, approachable, compassionate, and committed to academic excellence in describing Dr. Meeks. Several students credited her with helping them to not only remain in the program but also to gain confidence and persist. Through her care, her compassion, her professionalism, and her passion for teaching, Dr. Meeks certainly has a positive impact on her students.
