Following surgery, I was brought to the unit. Nurse Diana greeted me with a smile. She was totally awesome from the word go. She took care of all my needs. She explained everything and anything to me until I understood, every medication and how to care for myself at home. She never left me alone for very long, and she brought all my medications on time. She made me feel beautiful with her kind words and care.

This was the best hospital visit I have ever had. She is smart, caring, intelligent, and beautiful. The best nurse I have ever had. We talked about her family and her parents. I told her to tell her parents that they raised a beautiful daughter. I love her spirit.

She kept me more positive than I have ever been in situations like this. Before she left for the night, she introduced me to the next nurse. She even called and checked on me twice. She is even going to check on me after I go home. There was not enough room to explain how wonderful she is. Please bless her with the DAISY Award.
