I had a heart catheterization done and had some complications afterward that were pretty scary. Once Devin became my nurse, he truly listened to me and helped me to feel secure despite the complications. He was a good advocate for my health concerns to other doctors with whom I came in contact. He was very understanding to me and my family during a stressful time, yet he helped to take some of the stress away with the care he gave to me, as well as communicating with my family to help them understand what the next step was in each process.
