Desireé was AMAZING! My sister received open-heart surgery, and Desireé made things so much easier. She explained things thoroughly, calmed my sister down, made sure her kids were okay, and made sure that my sister’s husband and I had every question answered. She constantly came and checked on our status as if it were her family member. I’ve had plenty of interactions with medical staff, but she stands out. Made me feel good about the procedure on my sister. Thanks!
Nomination #2:
Desireé greeted us with a big smile. She was amazing, very good with my son. This was his first time with an IV and surgery; she managed to make him very comfortable and gained his trust. Terrific job, top-notch IV insert didn’t hurt my son, really great job. Cannot thank her enough.
